2. Purpose and scope of application
2.1.- This Legal Notice establishes the general conditions of use that regulate the access, navigation and use of the website www.comexhub.eu (hereinafter, WEBSITE), as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents. Additionally, the provision of certain services or activities within the framework of the WEBSITE may also be subject to other specific conditions that may be established and that, where appropriate, replace, complement and/or modify the general conditions of use of this Legal Notice.

4. Protection of personal data
4.1.- COMEXHUB, SL undertakes to process personal data in a manner that respects the rights of its owners and in accordance with the data protection regulations in force at any given time.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship established between COMEXHUB, SL and the USER shall be governed by the provisions of current Spanish regulations. For the resolution of any conflict and, unless otherwise provided by law, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid Capital.
